GENERAL QUESTIONS
How much do you charge for an estimate?
Our estimates are absolutely free.

Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?
No, you do not have to have an appointment; we take walk-ins.

How late are you open until and/or are you open on weekends?
Our Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We are not open on the weekends. Please make an appointment during open business hours.

Is towing available?
Absolutely! We work a towing service during regular office hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, Visa, Mastercard, Personal Check with valid phone numbers and driver license, and Insurance Check.

Do you accept all insurance companies?
Yes, we accept ALL insurance companies.

When can I drop off my vehicle?
Anytime during working hours. If special arrangement needs to be made, we can accommodate you.

OTHER QUESTIONS
Can I take my vehicle to any shop I want, or does the insurance company choose it for me?
You have the right to take your vehicle to any repair shop of your choice. The insurance company can advise you, but ultimately it’s your decision.

How do I set up an insurance claim?
You should call your insurance company immediately and report your accident. The claim department’s phone number is on your insurance card. The claims representative will take a statement from you. They will assign your claim to an adjuster, who will contact you directly. If you set up a Damage Repair Program through your insurance claim that will cover a lifetime warranty at our shop provided you have the correct information from your insurance company and are apart of the correct Damage Repair Program.

Do I have to pay my deductible to the repair shop or the insurance company?
Deductible is paid directly to your shop after completion of repairs. The insurance company will pay the remainder balance, minus the deductible.

How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
It depends on how severe the damages are. Our staff will advise you approximately how long the repairs will take during the time of your estimate.

Do you have rental cars available?
Yes we do. We work closely with the local rental companies.

What if my insurance policy does not cover rental car?
If your insurance policy does not have rental coverage, we will be happy to pick you up or drop you off at your desired location, within in a reasonable distance obviously.
